“24.365”는 예술가들의 일상. 예술가들의 창작 과정을 상징적으로 표현한 것으로
끊임없이 작업에 대한 영감을 탐구하며 생각의 실타래를 이어갑니다.
하루 24시간, 일 년 365일 지속되는 이러한 창작의 과정은 작품을 넘어 예술가의 삶 그 자체를 드러냅니다.
이번 전시는 예술가들의 멈추지 않는 창작의 궤적과 그 사이에서 펼쳐지는 생각의 흔적을 보여주는 자리입니다.

The works of Cuenca (Philippines), Hildebrand (Canada), and Hae Ryun (South Korea) build the sanctuary

and pause of an exhibit entitled 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘮𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮, exploring

the pursuit of serenity despite chaos.

The vivid landscapes of Hildebrand are composed of wavering lines and rhythmic colors.

Meanwhile, Hae Ryun layers graceful strokes and jagged swashes to represent the tranquility of a verdant forest, fresh from withstanding a tumultuous rainfall. The serenity in her works is supplemented by Cuenca’s petal-like figures, elegantly blossoming on the canvas. The iridescent copper sculptures that evoke firmness and strength are juxtaposed with the soft, free-flowing lines in the paintings.

Despite coming from different milieus, these three women unite in their exploration of what it means to discover tranquility in the tumult.

In the center of a cataclysmic mirage of colors, there is a structure of calmness that balances into a quiet landscape.
There are tranquil blues amidst playful indigoes, modest touches of rose amidst the uproar of reds, and soft brushes of yellow amidst the tumultuous greens. It was as if visual artists Katrina Cuenca, Hae Ryun and Meghan Hildebrand have invited us into a visual wandering towards a storm—calmly, resiliently, and unshaking.

Walking Calmly in the Storm becomes not just an exhibit, but a sanctuary—a space for contemplation, resilience, and a reminder that calm can always be found amidst the storms of life.
